I am , well actually, I have always been proud of , and looked up to ,my brother David. This is one glaring reason why. While this culture at one time called itself “Christian” Dave called it false and wanted to know why it wasn’t lived out. Thanks David for the soul you have . Cautioned against pride as an issue of character I am, nevertheless, VERY proud David. Listen to why please!
What’s a re-mix? In his case it’s the addition of my favourite person to sing with – Tara Hollingsworth – on harmony vocals, the deletion of the former harmony vocals, the deletion of some acoustic guitar and the addition of some very tasty piano by Daryl Chonka. Then and only then was it re-mixed by Daryl at his beautiful Old Growth Studios here on Slit Sproing Eyeland. The players were Dale Bishop – Strat, Bruce Cameron – Drums, Peter McFarlane – Bass and the inimitable Mr Chonkawonka on Pieannie.
This is going up on my page today to thank the people who have liked it during this push by Mighty Speck Records to drive some traffic my way. Thanks James and label mates. And I’ve promised to keep posting.
